If it's just a collaboratively-edited spreadsheet application you need, don't forget we maintain https://ethercalc.openstack.org/ (hopefully soon also reachable as ethercalc.opendev.org) which runs entirely on free software and is usable from parts of the World where Google's services are not (for example, mainland China).
