[TripleO] Gate blocker - tempest test error - 'Failed to attach network adapter device'
Hello All,
We have a new gate blocker on tripleo-ci-centos-9-standalone, scenario-010 and possibly other jobs. The jobs fail tempest test: tempest.scenario.test_network_basic_ops.TestNetworkBasicOps.test_hotplug_nic
Details of the failure are in: https://bugs.launchpad.net/tripleo/+bug/1978969.
We will reply to this thread as soon as we have more information and/or a fix.

A workaround has been merged to address the tripleo-ci-centos-9-standalone failure - https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-quickstart/+/846194 .
We are following another gate blocker now:

A workaround there is under test.
