[ironic] Proposing returning Jay Faulkner to ironic-core
Greetings ironic contributors, I'm sure many of you have noticed JayF has been more active on IRC over the past year. Recently he started reviewing and providing feedback on changes in ironic-python-agent as well as some work to add new features and fix some very not fun bugs. Given that he was ironic-core when he departed the community, I believe it is only fair that we return those rights to him. Any objections? -Julia
