Jobs should be passing as normal now. The patch below still needs review to prevent periodic problems with the date/time.

Thanks Melanie to taking care of it. I still think that your fix needs to land soon as we don't want to get hit by the same block just before the Feature Freeze a months from now. I will make sure that fix is reviewed.

This is due to another issue with time overrides (a lack thereof) in the test_archive_task_logs functional tests. The same bug has happened in the past and the fix is now known to have been unsuccessful:

Another fix has been proposed here:
