Jobs should be passing as normal now. The patch below still needs review to prevent periodic problems with the date/time.

The nova-tox-functional-* jobs on the openstack/nova master branch are currently failing 100% of the time:

This is due to another issue with time overrides (a lack thereof) in the test_archive_task_logs functional tests. The same bug has happened in the past and the fix is now known to have been unsuccessful:

Another fix has been proposed here:
