The volume-local-cache spec [0], which was granted a Cinder spec-freeze exception, currently has two +2s. It's been reviewed by a lot of people, and as far as I can tell, everyone's concerns have been addressed at this point. However, I'd like to give people one last opportunity to verify this for themselves.
