[job] What is the best list for posting an OpenStack job opening?
Hello, My company has an open position for an OpenStack engineer. We haven't gotten a lot of traction or the candidates we do get lack the OpenStack experience we're looking for. Is it appropriate to post here? Thanks Chris
Hi Chris, The place to post would be on the OpenStack Jobs Board [1]. It's free to post there and our organizations have had good luck finding candidates. Additionally, I'd be happy to speak with you a bit more around what your goals are in hiring and your OpenStack deployment. Feel free to put some time on my calendar if you'd like and we can discuss some other ways the OpenInfra Foundation can help raise the profile of your org [2]. Our community mailing list guidelines (linked from the list description) indicate that job postings are considered off-topic: https://wiki.openstack.org/wiki/MailingListEtiquette#Job_postings You are instead encouraged to use the OpenStack community jobs board here: https://www.openstack.org/community/jobs/ Thanks for checking! -- Jeremy Stanley
