One patch [0] was merged at the end of last week in python-octaviaclient (we were waiting for the related feature to get merged in the octavia repo) and a new release (3.1.0) was proposed for Zed in the release repo [1], but it wasn't merged in time.

We would like to get the approval for this new release so we could base the stable/zed branch on this new tag (we would need to update [2]).
