Thank you very much for your service, Jay! I know you won't be far, but as you can see from the other responses, this is a good opportunity for the community to express their appreciation of the effort you put in directly/indirectly, visibly and otherwise! Thanks also for encouraging folks to run for the Technical Committee. Our community is diverse, and the TC must be reflective of it.

I'd be interested to know if motivated individuals are held back by company leadership not understanding the need, or impact of the TC (or any other form of community governance). We've been very verbose in defining the role of the TC. However, maybe there's something still relegated to tribal knowledge and it's worth trying to formalize it.
