Brian, Thanks, any help is greatly appreciated. Feel free to add to the spec, the current patch set is purposefully very raw. I'm hoping this can be a collaborative effort. As discussed recently at the Denver PTG [1] and in the neutron drivers meeting last Friday May 24th [2], I have started on a spec for ML2+OVS and OVN convergence [3]. Thanks for starting this, would be good to decide where we want to be, so we don't possibly duplicate effort unnecessarily.
