[manila] Propose haixin to manila-core
Hello Zorillas, Haixin (haixin77 on Launchpad, haixin on OFTC) has been contributing to manila since the Train release. He is part of a team that operates manila at scale at Inspur and supports their storage integrations within OpenStack. He diligently files bug reports, interacts with the community and has thus far contributed several important perf-scale improvements across the service stack. He also provides useful review feedback to fellow contributors, and participates in team-efforts such as bug squashes, review jams and mentorship of new contributors. I'm delighted to note that he wants to take on some more maintenance responsibility [2]. So, with your support I'd like to add haixin to the manila-core group on gerrit. This "power" comes with significant responsibility and I'm hoping haixin will ramp up soon and help share some of the load from the existing maintainers. Please let me know your thoughts, +/- 1s, 2s, 2-cents, etc! Thanks, Goutham [1] https://www.stackalytics.io/?user_id=haixin77&project_type=all&release=all&metric=person-day&module=manila-group [2] https://docs.openstack.org/manila/latest/contributor/manila-review-policy.ht...
