[openstack-helm] Vasyl Saienko as new core reviewer
Hi dear helmers, I would like to suggest a new member of the Openstack-Helm core team. Vasyl Saienko from Mirantis has been actively contributing to the project recently. He prepared lots of improvements for Mariadb, Memcached, Libvirt, Rabbitmq and other charts. He also made plenty of valuable code reviews (28 reviews for the last 90 days). Based on Vasyl's recent contributions, this seems appropriate to me. Having more active core reviewers will be helpful too. I don't have any concerns about supporting this role change for Vasyl.
