[all][PTL][tc] U Community Goal: Project PTL & Contrib Docs Update #1
Hello All! At last a dedicated update solely to the Contrib & PTL Docs community goal! Get excited :) At this point the goal has been accepted[1], and the template[2] has been created and merged! So, the next step is for all projects to use the cookiecutter template[2] and fill in the extra details after you generate the .rst that should auto populate some of the information. As you are doing that, please assign yourself the associated tasks in the story I created[3].
