[manila][requirements] FFE requested for python-manilaclient
Hello, We were tracking one last feature inclusion into python-manilaclient for the wallaby release: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/python-manilaclient/+/775020 The change does not introduce any new requirements, but adds new SDK methods and shell implementations for end users to harness a feature addition in manila to be able to update their security services. The release team was very gracious in allowing us to wrap up code reviews pertaining to the above change over the weekend; however, the gate was uncooperative this morning by pointing us to lingering sporadic failures that are a combination of bad test case logic as well as occasional test environment setup issues. (Zuul is awesome, but it has a way to call out our procrastinations) No projects that depend on python-manilaclient need this change in their current form because it is net new feature functionality (existing SDK/CLI functionality is unaltered). Yes. I worked with Hervé Beraud to get that release in, and pursue this FFE/RFE in parallel to include https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/python-manilaclient/+/775020 into 2.6.0.

As already discussed with you on IRC if these changes are merged ASAP and if Matthew is Ok from a requirements perspective then I'm ok to proceed. A version of python-manilaclient client have been frozen yesterday so now we can take advantage of the RFE mechanismes to land these changes that face a flaky CI. Thank you so much for your patience, Hervé. We found a bug on the server side that was causing the client CI to be flaky. It's fixed now, and all changes have merged. I requested a release: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/releases/+/780999
