Although the list of tags in the subject line for this message looks ridiculously long, we actually have only a short list of patches left associated with the tox and documentation updates for the python3 goal work this cycle. It is important to land these changes before creating the stable/stein branches to avoid having to backport any of the fixes. *Please* look over your list of patches below and review them as soon as possible. If the patches have issues *please fix them*. Leaving negative review comments at this point is just going to result in the patches failing to merge in time and make more work for you. I will be abandoning any of these patches that I wrote if they are not merged by the RC1 deadline.
