All of those groups overlap, and struggle with gathering enough volunteers to drive them forward. The fragmentation also hurts their discoverability for OpenStack operators out there, who are hungry to learn about the challenges of operating OpenStack and would like to hear more from the teams that do that successfully.

I'd like to propose an open discussion at the PTG next month on how to refactor our ops-facing activities under a single, visible, and active banner. I propose we take a PTG meeting slot on Friday, October 31, at 16utc to discuss that with all interested volunteers.
