[tripleo] hold recheck tripleo-heat-templates gate blocker tox-py36 - opendev infra mirrors?
Hello
Unfortunately instead of happy friday \o/ we get a tripleo-heat-templates gate blocker on the tox-py36 job (bug is at [1]).
We cannot reproduce this locally and suspect there may be an issue with pypi mirrors in opendev infra? We are digging here but please refrain from recheck until we find a workaround

trending resolved - more info in the bug but we are going with https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/tripleo-heat-templates/+/842675/ to update the python jobs template to the z version
