We have been making significant progress with CentOS-8 based jobs in TripleO Ussuri, our full status is here [1]. You will see tripleo-ci-centos-8 standalone jobs hitting your reviews. If you find any issues please just treat the same as any other bug and open a launchpad w/ "alert" set to the tag.
