I'll run the script today and delete the re-created stable/ussuri branch.

Some changes were bot-proposed recently to the cinderlib stable/ussuri branch, which was weird because that branch was tagged EOL by change I75092342fe684892f8a73eab9ad5da4515cb1da5.  The change merged on 2022-08-31, and the ussuri-eol tag exists in the code repository, but apparently the branch was never deleted.  Could you please delete the branch?
