[magnum][infra] Can We Delete the OpenDev Fedora Atomic Images Mirror
I'm in the process of removing our fedora-30 images and noticed that we are still mirroring Fedora Atomic 28 and 29 images here: https://mirror.dfw.rax.opendev.org/fedora/atomic/stable/. Are these images in use anywhere? I would like to clean them up as they are even more stale than the fedora-30 nodepool images.
Using http://codesearch.openstack.org I don't see anything using them but that only searches the master branches of our git repos.

Magnum is using Fedora-AtomicHost-29-20190820.0.x86_64.qcow2 in stable/ussuri and earlier branches: https://opendev.org/openstack/magnum/src/branch/stable/ussuri/magnum/tests/c...

Maybe we can delete all of the Fedora Atomic 28 images and the 29 images older than the one in use.
Given Fedora 29's support period is long over, is there any plan to test using some other resource on the stable branches? We intentionally choose Ubuntu LTS and CentOS as platforms for jobs we intend to run long term as they don't go away shortly after we make openstack releases.

Also with my paranoid VMT hat on for a moment, Atomic 29 is almost certainly riddled with known and unfixed security vulnerabilities at this point. I seriously hope nobody's encouraging our users to actually run it anywhere.
