[TripleO] Xena PTG schedule please review
Hello TripleO o/ Thanks again to everybody who has volunteered to lead a session for the coming Xena TripleO project teams gathering. I've had a go at the agenda [1] trying to keep it to max 4 or 5 sessions per day with some breaks. Please review the slot assigned for your session at [1]. If that time is not ok then please let me know as soon as possible and indicate if you want it later or earlier or on any other day. If you've decided the session no longer makes sense then also please tell me and we can move things around accordingly to finish earlier. I'd like to finalise the schedule by next Monday 12 April which is a week before PTG. We can and likely will make changes after this date but last minute changes are best avoided to allow folks to schedule their PTG attendance across projects. Thanks everybody for your help! Looking forward to interesting presentations and discussions as always regards, marios [1] https://etherpad.opendev.org/p/tripleo-ptg-xena

On Monday I see: 1. STORAGE: 1430-1510 (ceph) 2. DF: 1510-1550 (ephemeral heat) 3. DF/Networking: 1600-1700 (ports v2 "no heat") If Harald and James are OK with it, could it be changed to the following? A. DF: 1430-1510 (ephemeral heat) B. DF/Networking: 1510-1550 (ports v2 "no heat") C. STORAGE: 1600-1700 (ceph) I ask because a portion of C depends on B, so it would be helpful to have that context first. If the presenters have conflicts however, we don't need this change. Thanks, John

ACK thanks John that totally makes sense... as just discussed on irc [1] I've updated the schedule to reflect your proposal. I haven't heard back from slagle yet but cc'ing him here and if there are any issues we can work them out thanks [1] http://eavesdrop.openstack.org/irclogs/%23tripleo/%23tripleo.2021-04-08.log....

ouch sorry Steve and thank you for participating despite the bad time-difference for you! Yes we can make this change see below
Great thanks folks - this works well actually since Dan S. already indicated (in another reply to me) that your current slot (1300-1340 UTC) is too early (like 5 am) so moving it to the later slot should work better for him too. I have just updated the schedule so on Tuesday 20 we have Baremetal sbaker @ 1300-1340 and then the networking/bgp/frr folks at 1510-1550 thank you! regards, marios
Hey so far so good, my 2 slots are OK Cheers, C. On 4/7/21 6:24 PM, Marios Andreou wrote:

Marios, I have found a conflict between my Tuesday 1510-1550 "BGP Routing with FRR" and another discussion happening in the Neutron room about BGP. Would it be possible to move the "BGP Routing with FRR" talk on Tuesday to Wednesday? Perhaps a direct swap with the "One yaml to rule all tempest tests" discussion that is scheduled for Wednesday 1510-1550? Another time on Wednesday could also work. ACK I just pinged arx (adding him into cc here too) ... once I hear back from him and if he doesn't have another conflict we can make the change. Arx are you OK with the proposed swap? Your session would move to Tuesday same time. Otherwise we can explore something else, regards, marios
Hello, Sure, it's fine with me. Sorry the delay, I'm switching ISP, my internet is terrible today. On Thu, Apr 15, 2021 at 5:04 PM Marios Andreou <marios@redhat.com> wrote:
