I re-enabled email notification and then started to receive notifications. I am not sure why this solved the problem but it now works for me.

Yes, go to your preferences (https://storyboard.openstack.org/#!/profile/preferences) by clicking on your name in the top right, then Preferences.

Scroll to the bottom and check the "Enable notification emails" checkbox, then click "Save". There's a UI bug where sometimes the displayed preferences will look like the save button didn't work, but rest assured that it did unless you get an error message.

Once you've done this the email associated with your OpenID will receive notification emails for things you're subscribed to (which includes changes on stories/tasks related to projects you're subscribed to).

Some time after I posted to the list, I started to receive notifications. If someone fixed it, thanks a lot.

As for the 10 stories limit, it appears to be specific to a project view, as I get the configured page size for global "Projects" and "Stories" lists.

It looks from the MTA logs like it began to send you notifications on 2019-08-14 at 14:56:23 UTC. I don't see any indication of any messages getting rejected.
