[cinder] meeting time change poll
The poll to help decide whether we move the time of the weekly Cinder meeting is now available: https://forms.gle/kA2JGzoxegy2KRDB6 The poll closes on 20 November at 23:59 UTC. If the time is changed, it will be effective for the first meeting in December (4 December 2019). cheers, brian
