On docs.openstack.org, you will find Deployment Guides that help you setting up an OpenStack cloud, Installation Guides that will give you insights in some of its fundamental components by manually creating an experimental cloud, and Contributor Guides. Start there, then ask specific questions. If you need to learn how to use OpenStack, the User Guides as well as introduction videos found on Youtube will help. Good luck.
