Previously we had transformers to calculate the cpu_util for us but now the whole transformers section has been completely removed so how to create a metric for cpu usage so that it can be used in heat template?

I checked the ceilometer package and I could see the transformers are removed so i can't see any other way to perform arithmetic operations and generate cpu usage in percentage.
