That has merged - thanks to all involved! - and the Nova gate is now (technically - another email is coming for that issue) unblocked.

To make things harder we have to wait the solution for pip vs py36 issue: https://bugs.launchpad.net/neutron/+bug/1959600 For this bug the solution/workaround is this patch: https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/devstack/+/827155
