Bumping this thread. If the maintainers would like to switch to Distributed Project Leadership [2], please let us know. If not, we would mark the project team inactive [3], and retire the deliverables [4] per the OpenStack Governance process.

We're proposing the Vitrage project team be marked "inactive": https://review.opendev.org/c/openstack/governance/+/963227 This means that no regular releases will be tagged for the 2026.1 release. Releases can still be requested by maintainers/contributors. If the project team remains inactive through the 2026.1 release, the deliverables will be retired per the OpenStack project retirement guidelines: https://governance.openstack.org/tc/reference/dropping-projects.html
