[TripleO] Intermittent gate failure - centos-9-content-provider jobs

Hello All, We are investigating an intermittent check/gate failure on content provider jobs related to DNS and mirror access/resolution: tripleo-ci-centos-9-content-provider <https://zuul.opendev.org/t/openstack/build/8a3afc815e8743568acf3906c92ee203> and the -zed and -wallaby versions.
