In order to strengthen our stable core team, I want to nominate Slawek Kaplonski to it. Over the past years he has made countless contributions in all areas of the project, has been a member of the core team since two years ago and is the incoming PTL for the U cycle (https://governance.openstack.org/election/results/ussuri/ptl.html).
As most probably know by now, being core/PTL on master doesn't translate necessarily to understanding the stable review policy [1] but looking at Slawek's stable branch reviews it looks like he's been very active already [2]. So +1 from me.

Spot checking some of the stable reviews, everything looks good. +1 from me me from a stable perspective. Sean
