[Glance] Proposing Dan Smith for glance core

Hi All, I'd like to propose adding Dan Smith to the glance core group. Dan Smith has contributed to stabilize image import workflow as well as multiple stores of glance. He is also contributing in tempest and nova to set up CI/tempest jobs around image import and multiple stores.
