[dev][horizon] Integration of the ec2 feature

Hello, We will add EC2 token management within the Horizon project. As a reminder, EC2 Credentials service allows the creation of access/secret credentials used for the ec2 interop layer of OpenStack to authorize S3 requests. It is part of the package keystone.contrib Do you think this development is of interest to the community ? Do you think this development can be built into the core? And if so, should we insert into the panel group dedicated to object storage or into the identity panel ? Thank you in advance for your answers. Best Regards, Tony
