So, first of all, I think that you should fetch the latest codes of skyline-apiserver.

I am compiling skyline-apiserver on my bare metal server and found Makefile pulling skyline-console tarball from the following location but that package doesn't contain the latest merged patches. Does CI job is broken which compiles this tarball ?
