Nicolas has a solid history of contributions and reviews for various OpenStack projects, he is a previous PTL for the Designate project, and over the past 3+ years, he has been contributing to charm reviews [1]. I trust that Nicolas will continue to provide value and quality reviews for the OpenStack charms project.
