Hi Jon,

just wanted to correct the part about video conference tool, I think it is meetpad this time and not Zoom as the PTG link redirects to https://meetpad.opendev.org/apr2024-ptg-cinder

Also we might need to correct the etherpad with the command in #openinfra-events OFTC channel since meetpad is defaulting to the default etherpad created i.e. https://etherpad.opendev.org/p/apr2024-ptg-cinder
