[tc][all] No weekly meetings over the holidays (2024-12-24 and 2024-12-31)

      Hello Stackers,

As we approach the end-of-the-year holidays, please note that the
OpenStack Technical Committee weekly meetings [1] previously scheduled
for 2024-12-24 and 2024-12-31 are cancelled.

We will resume our weekly meetings on 2025-01-07, and I will share the
agenda closer to that date.
