volume in use

helllo, I have the following problem that after deleting the instance, the volume remains in use and is connected to an instance that does not exist. I have to execute the command: cinder reset-state --state available --attach-status detached name_volume then the volume becomes available and is not connected to the instance. How to solve this problem? Regards
