Do we still have py27 jobs on tripleo CI ? If so I think it is time to drop it completely as the deadline is 13th Feb. Because there might be more incompatible dependencies as py2 drop from them is speedup.
NOTE: stable branch testing till rocky use the stable u-c now to avoid these issues.

Greetings,
Most of the jobs went RED a few minutes ago.Again it's related to
python27. Nothing is going to pass CI until this is fixed.
See: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ruckroversprint21 We'll update the list when we have the required patches in.Thanks
OK.. folks, Thanks for your patience! The final patch to restore sanity [1] is in the gate. Most everything was working since yesterday unless you were patching tripleo-common. This is the final item we've identified.
Be safe out there! CI == Green
Well.. a new upstream centos-7 image broke the last patch before it merged. So.. now there are two patches that need to merge.

Thank you lord for bounty of work you have provided. We are blessed.
Thanks for your patience.. All the patches that needed to merge have merged. Careful w/ rechecks at peak times in the next few days as there have been NO promotions and it will take longer and longer for each node and each container to yum update. Take care
