I agree with Tony that this part doesn't necessarily follow. Of course the repos should continue to have their own core team, and that's completely possible while being under Nova's governance. I'm sure that the release team can cope with having separate liaisons for different sets of repos within a projects (even though I'm sure they'd appreciate not having a different liaison for e.g. every repo in OpenStack ;). It sounds like moving the PowerVM repos under Nova's governance would be a topic worthy of active discussion between the two projects. cheers, Zane.
