We are about to move a couple of projects under the independent release models [1].
Those did not have any change merged over the cycle, we think that it is the right time to transition them to independent.

- debtcollector
- osprofiler

Keystone:
- pycadf

Monasca:
-  monasca-statsd

Before we push the button we want to give ourselves a last chance to raise the hand if you think that it's an issue.

Concerning Oslo's projects we already had a related discussion a few months ago and all participants agreed with that [2].

Please let us know ASAP if you disagree with that choice.
