I would like to propose adding Radosław Piliszek (yoctozepto) to kolla-core and kolla-ansible-core. While he has only recently started working upstream in the project, I feel that he has made some valuable contributions already, particularly around improving and maintaining CI. His reviews generally provide useful feedback, sometimes in advance of Zuul!
