A number of projects have added a 'Review-Priority' vote alongside the usual 'Code-Review' and 'Workflow' radio buttons [1]. The idea is to make it easier to direct reviewer attention towards high priority patches. As such, Gerrit dashboards can filter based on the 'Review-Priority' rating.
