[telemetry] how does one can participate in the telemetry planning for train?

Hi Telemetry Team, Some of my co-workers are interested in participating in the up-coming telemetry planning for Train ( https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/telemetry-train). How can we get the url of the Google hangout? Best regards Miguel
