[tripleo] CI is RED py27 related

Greetings, Most of the jobs went RED a few minutes ago. Again it's related to python27. Nothing is going to pass CI until this is fixed. See: https://etherpad.openstack.org/p/ruckroversprint21 We'll update the list when we have the required patches in. Thanks
