[vitrage] Nominating Muhamad Najjar for Vitrage core

Hi, I would like to nominate Muhamad Najjar for Vitrage core. Muhamad joined Vitrage a year and a half ago. During this time, he worked on several important tasks, including the Vitrage persistor and the Prometheus datasource.
