[tc] Weekly IRC meeting on October 22, 2024 is cancelled

Hi everyone, Due to the PTG [1] which is taking place next week (October 21-25) and TC has already planned to have 2 sessions (you can check on agenda [2] and join us there), it was agreed to skip our regular IRC meeting on October 22.
