The scripts to setup the labs (labs-master\labs\osbash\wbatch\create_base.bat) is trying to download an version of ubuntu that is no longer available on the URL :

The new URL should be : http://cdimage.ubuntu.com/releases/18.04/release/ubuntu-18.04.5-server-amd64.iso

On github it is on the file labs/stacktrain/distros/ubuntu_18_04_server_amd64.py
