Steps for Controller Node Removal in Victoria Version Openstack using ansible

Hello Team,

Is there any way , We can have a link or guide to decommission a controller node We have 3 controller nodes and 4 compute nodes, and we are planning to Scale down the Infrastructure by 1 controller and 2 compute nodes
