[Glance] Extending Specs Freeze Deadline by 1 week

Hello All,

As discussed in the last glance meeting [1] we are extending the glance specs freeze deadline by 1 week since we have 2 new specs up recently.

Current Spec Freeze date (for Glance) : 5th July 2024 New Spec Freeze date (for Glance) : 12th July 2024

Please make sure your specs are updated before the new deadline.
