Okay, I will see if setting it via the cli changes the behaviour. Would be nifty if this was stored in the browser session.

i belive that is part of the token metadta so if its not storign a
default via local_stroage or a cookie

then the most reasonsble thing for it to do would be to fall back to the
default form the keystone token.
