[manila] Dalmatian bugsquash - Sep 9th - 10th

Hello, Zorillas and interested stackers! We'll have the second bugsquash of the Dalmatian cycle next week. As we have agreed a couple of weeks ago, it will be a two day event (Sep 9 and 10th). We will have a kick-off meeting on Monday, 15 UTC and we will use a meetpad [1] for the meeting. We will be focusing on bugs that are in progress and try to get them delivered as part of the 2024.2 Dalmatian release. Please check the ethercalc with the list of bugs [2] and add the bug you are willing to work on over the next week if it is not there yet.
