Precisely how do I enable a Live Migrate option in the instance dropdown menu in Horizon? I've been following the instructions at this link, but a Live Migrate option (or any migrate option at all) never appears in Horizon despite restarting nova-compute and the openstack dashboard service. We are using a libvirt VM-based implementation of Canonical Charmed OpenStack (Stein).
